Garcia Design Associates performs all aspects of landscape architecture from schematic design and design development, to construction document preparation, bid review and construction administration. Carl Garcia, a California licensed landscape architect and owner of our company, directs all aspects of the design and production phases of work. Located in Chino Hills, we are central to all areas of Southern California. We are certified as a Small Business and Minority Business Enterprise through both the state of California and the United States Small Business Administration.
